CORUM Relaunches with New Ownership and 2026 Collection

CORUM enters a new chapter under the leadership of Chairman and CEO Haso Mehmedovic, who completed a management buyout of the La Chaux-de-Fonds manufacture in May 2025. The brand, founded in 1955, maintains its historic headquarters and positions the transition as one of continuity rather than reinvention, with a renewed focus on its core collections: Admiral and Golden Bridge.

The updated product strategy reduces the overall number of references while concentrating on these pillars alongside a smaller Heritage offering, including the Coin and Golden Book. At the same time, CORUM signals a gradual return to in-house movement production, beginning with new calibres developed in collaboration with Concepto. Distribution is also being streamlined, with the retail network reduced to approximately 70 partners globally, and a planned return to Watches and Wonders marking a renewed presence within the broader industry.

For 2026, CORUM introduces 11 new Admiral references across 39 mm and 36 mm formats, featuring a redesigned case, integrated bracelet, updated dial executions, and a new automatic movement with a 72-hour power reserve. The Golden Bridge collection expands with six new references, including models housed in fully transparent sapphire cases, alongside new executions in titanium and coloured sapphire. The brand also reintroduces two Heritage models: a Coin watch based on a $50 gold coin and a limited-production Golden Book with a hinged case design.
