YEMA is introducing its first moonphase watch with the Senans Grande Lune CMM.22, the inaugural model in a new collection named after the Royal Saltworks of Arc-et-Senans in eastern France. Offered in gold-toned, blue, and black dial versions, the watch places a three-dimensional Moon at 7 o’clock, surrounded by circular barleycorn guilloché. Made using Globolight technology with Grade X Super-LumiNova, the sculpted Moon features detailed lunar markings. A rotating bilobe gradually reveals and conceals its surface to indicate the lunar phases, while luminous concentric rings, hands, and applied markers complete the display.

The stepped 316L stainless steel case measures 38.5mm across, 8.70mm thick, and 46.4mm lug to lug, combining a mirror-polished bezel and upper surfaces with vertically brushed sides. A double-domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating covers the dial, and water resistance is rated to 50 metres. Inside, the new CMM.22 automatic calibre builds on YEMA’s CMM.20 micro-rotor architecture, adding the moonphase mechanism while keeping movement thickness below 4.7mm. A quick-adjustment system allows the lunar display to be set, and an exhibition caseback reveals the movement’s anthracite finish, achieved through an Anthradec electroplated treatment.
