Chronoswiss Introduces Delphis Art Deco and Neo Digiteur Chronos

Chronoswiss has announced two new releases that revisit some of its most distinctive mechanical concepts through contrasting lenses of design and craft. The Delphis Art Deco builds on a complication that has defined the brand since the 1990s, while the Neo Digiteur Chronos returns to an early-2000s digital display concept, now executed as a highly sculptural object.

The Delphis Art Deco draws on the visual language of the 1920s, with a laser-structured, nickel-coated dial that plays with light through layered geometry. Its signature display remains unchanged in principle: a jumping hour at 12, a retrograde minute scale at centre, and running seconds at six. The 42mm case is rendered in Grade 5 titanium, paired with an automatic manufacture calibre developed with La Joux-Perret, offering a 55-hour power reserve. Production is limited to 150 pieces.

In contrast, the Neo Digiteur Chronos moves away from a conventional dial entirely. Housed in a rectangular 5N gold case, each piece is individually hand-engraved in Lucerne, forming a relief that integrates the time display into the structure of the case itself. Hours, minutes, and seconds are read through apertures within the engraving, driven by a manual-wound calibre with a proprietary module. The edition is limited to 33 pieces, with each requiring weeks of manual work to complete.

Taken together, the two releases reflect different facets of Chronoswiss’ approach to watchmaking. One refines a long-standing complication through material and design, while the other reconsiders how time can be displayed altogether. Both remain rooted in the brand’s emphasis on mechanical visibility and hand-executed detail.
